Douglas Kay has been performing, recording and writing music for over 10 years, both solo and with other musicians. He has performed in North America, Australasia, Africa and Europe. In addition to being an experienced singer and guitarist, Douglas plays piano, percussion, clarinet and didjeridu. His own music has achieved recognition in various quarters and has been featured on a number of radio stations including BBC Radio Scotland and Xfm. |

Sheona Anderson was a member of the Sonwabo Masepe Gumboot Dance Company which took the Edinburgh Fringe by storm in August 2003 with their sell-out show A Good Hard Slap. Sheona is also experienced in salsa, flamenco, hip-hop and Scottish Country Dancing, and in 2002 was part of the Scottish team which achieved first place in the National Ceroc (modern jive) Championships. |

At Soundstep Workshops we're also very happy to have Martin Philip working with us. Martin, like Sheona, was a member of the Sonwabo Masepe Gumboot Dance Company, and he co-produced and starred in the 2003 Edinburgh Festival sell-out show, A Good Hard Slap. An accomplished musician, Martin also teaches English literature.
